Built on over an acre of rice terraces, our traditional Chinese designed facilities provide an authentic rural China experience, with all the comfort and conveniences of a modern hotel. The Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is privately owned and managed by ALTEC Training Centers, a Sino-US joint venture headquartered in Guangzhou. Since 1996, ALTEC has been the training provider for more than 300 top multinational companies across China and Asia Pacific.

The Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is an official Training Center for the China Mountaineering Association, with full time qualified sport climbing coaches on staff to provide outstanding teambuilding adventures. ALTEC can also provide motivational workshop on: Empowerment, Personal Accountability and Achieving Breakthrough Results.

The Yangshuo Mountain Retreat is easily accessible from Guilin, in the village of Gaotian, Yangshuo. Your team will be met in Guilin by air conditioned bus for the 90 minute drive to Gaotian Village, then floats 15 minutes down the river on bamboo rafts to The Yangshuo Mountain Retreat where unforgettable experience begins.
