What does the quotation include?
The quotation includes:
- The domestic flight or soft seat train charge
between cities in the itinerary.
- The hotel accommodation based on two persons
sharing one twin room with private facilities in
all relevant cities of itinerary. The participants
should be at least two persons.
- Daily American breakfast at the hotels, Chinese
lunch with one cup of soft drink outside the hotels.
Dinners are as specified in the itinerary.
- Private transfers between airports or train stations
and hotel and all the sightseeing spots.
- All normal sightseeing tours in each city with
private and professional English-speaking guide
assistance and admission fees where applicable.
- The government tax and the city construction
fee inside China within the tour where applicable.
- Personal safety insurance with the tour inside
China.
- The costs of applying for Travel Tibet Permits.
What does the quotation exclude?
The quotation exclusions are:
- The international arrival and departure flight.
- The expenses of a personal nature such as laundry,
drink, telex, telephone calls or excess baggage
charges.
- The airport and city construction fee CNY50.00
(USD6.00) inside China within the tour where applicable.
- The departure tax CNY90.00 (USD11.00). Any departure
flight to Hong Kong or Macao is imposed to buy the
departure tax CNY90.00 (USD11.00).
What is your price for Children?
Normally, according to the policies of China Tourism
Bureau, a child under 12 years of age traveling with
parents in China can enjoy discount up to 50 percent
of the adult fare on the land service charge, domestic
airfare and cruise cabin charge. An infant under 2
years of age is charged only 10 percent of the adult
fare on domestic airfare and cruise cabin charge.
If there are some surcharges required, please pay
it on the spot.
Do you offer any group discounts
if we have more than 10? If not, how many do you need
for a group discounted rate?
According to the regulation of China National Tourist
Administration, tour group is devided into four categories
according to group size below and the rate is calculated
accordingly:
1. One person
2. 2-5 persons as a group.
3. 6-9 persons as a group.
4. Over 10 persons as a group.
Our tour price is calculated according to four different
levels above. The rates on our website are based on
double occupancy for 2-5 pax as a group only . The
price for 6-9 pax and more than 10 pax group is much
lower.
What is single supplement? Is
this fee already included in the season quotation or
should I add it to the season quote?
The hotel, guide and transfer are all based on double
occupancy. If the visitor travels alone, he must pay
for the other person. This additional charge is called
single supplement.
If the traveler number is odd (such as 3, 5, 7...),
the odd number person who stays in one single room
has to pay the single room supplement. Since the hotel
is on the double occupancy.
Single supplement is not included in the quotation.
I want to verify that once this
itinerary is confirmed with all of the dates selected
and hotels confirmed that the price cannot change. I
would want to be sure that our trip was completely secure
and was not going to go up in price.
We can promise our clients that our quotations are
honest and reliable without any deceit.
Unless some changes are made to the itinerary based
on your suggestions the confirmed quotation will keep
invariable until you finish the itinerary.
