about the tour guides?
All of our guides are certificated by the national
tourism administration. They are friendly, experienced
and knowledgeable and are very competent both in terms
of organizing the trip and their ability to communicate.
They could deal with all kinds of unexpected situations
and help you avoid many difficulties.
Do you arrange a master guide
to accompany us throughout the tour?
If your group has more than ten members, a Chinese
national guide (master guide) will be allocated in
addition to the local guides to fly with you from
one city to another until you finish the whole tour.
Is the tour guide in English
language?
Yes, we offer English-speaking guide.
We also offer guides speak other foreign languages
such as German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Italian
and etc. We will manage to meet your need if you have
special language requirement.
Will a guide pick us up at the
airport (railway station)?
Yes. Our guide will pick you up at the airport (or
railway station) in each city.
How will I know where to find
your guides when I arrive at the airport?
Our guide will meet you at arriving gate of each
airport by holding a board with your names on it.
Please pay attention to it when you arrive at each
airport.
How many hours per day will your
guide be with me?
Our guide will be with until you finish the visit
plan of the whole day.
Will we have a guide take us
to the airport (railway station)?
Yes. Each time when you finish the tour in a city
and leave for another, our guide will send you off
at the airport or railway station.
